PXI Digital Multimeter, Onboard 1.8 MS/s Isolated Digitizer, 7½ Digits, ±1.000 V—PXI-4071 is a high-performance 1.000 V, 7½ digit digital multimeter that combines measurement capabilities of two traditional test instruments : the high-resolution digital multimeter and digitizer.
In digital multimeter mode, PXI-4071 ensures accurate and fast measurements of AC/DC voltage and current, 2- or 4-wire resistance, frequency/period, and is also suitable for diode testing.
In high-voltage isolated digitizer mode, this module can acquire signals at a maximum sampling rate of 1.8 MS/s.
